Build strength, improve mobility, and challenge yourself in a whole new way. Our hot studio offers yoga, Pilates, sculpt, and specialty classes designed to complement your training, enhance recovery, and help you move with confidence. Whether you're looking to break a sweat, build core strength, or simply recharge, there's a class for every fitness level.

SHRED

Shred uses circuits of conditioning (rower, assault bike, treadmill, ski erg) along with full body, high repetition strength exercises designed to burn fat, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and develop a lean physique without the loss of muscle mass commonly seen with traditional cardio training.  You can expect to complete several 4-8 minute circuits separated by short rest periods.

LIFT

Lift utilizes compound barbell movements paired with dumbbell and kettlebell accessory movements. Lift is designed to increase strength, improve physique, lifting technique, and enhance athletic performance. LIFT will also assist in speeding up your metabolism over time as you develop more lean muscle!

Whether it’s 1-on-1, or small group training, our trainers will create a plan that’s specific to your needs. High Performance Recovery

Workout hard - recover harder! Our recovery services are designed to reduce soreness, fatigue, prevent injury, and keep you crushing your workouts. These services include infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs, theraguns, foam rollers, yoga, a fuel bar, and trainer assisted stretching and mobility work.
